Clean out a storage space in sydenham, christchurch

My brother has a storage space at 50 Belfast Street, which he has rented since 2011 earthquake. It has papers old furniture and probably dust from the earthquake. The owner has sold the units and take-over will be on 25.10. 24 Are you able clear out all rubbish, recycle anything worth recycling. And take a photo of before and after the work. My brother, is in poor health and cannot get down to Christchurch to sort. He lives in Nelson. A quote would be good, and on Monday we can ring owner to ask if you could liaise with him.
