To be eligible to become a tasker for Ezy Peazy, you need to have the following:

• A valid permit to work in New Zealand
• A New Zealand bank account to accept direct deposits from us
• A smartphone and contact number to interact with the poster when assigned a task

Nothing else is specifically required to become a tasker other than skills in a particular task category.

You will not be limited to which tasks you can apply for on the platform, and it’s up to you. You can apply to do any of the tasks you are capable of completing.

You could be organising a party one day and mowing someone’s lawn the next.

People post a wide variety of tasks on Ezy Peazy with various requirements. There are tasks posted for both residential and commercial purposes.

Tasks may range from domestic duties such as painting, gardening, cleaning, fencing, plumbing to commercial projects such as web design, administration and event management.

The list goes on!

Some tasks will need to be performed on-site at someone’s home or workplace, or they may be completed online depending on the requirements.

The poster will set a budget price for the task and then taskers will apply for the task with an offer. The price you offer as a tasker may differ from the budget price, but you need to ensure that any difference is justified.

You will be paid the price agreed upon with the poster less a tier service fee deducted by Ezy Peazy.

Our Tier System is divided into 3 tiers or steps: Gold, Silver, and Bronze.

Depending on the tier a Tasker belongs to, a service fee of 10%, 12%, and 15% will be applied, respectively.

The service fee is essential to cover the costs of maintaining our platform and transactions fees incurred by Ezy Peazy.

Ezy Peazy offers PCI and DSS compliant payment solutions to store credit card details securely in a vault. Ezy Peazy offers hassle-free and cashless payments for taskers and posters.

Once an offer is accepted, Ezy Peazy will take payment and secure it in our escrow account. This gives peace of mind for the tasker and one less thing to do for the poster. On completion of the task, the poster will release the payment to the tasker.

Any additional payments due to minor task adjustments or for tips can also be processed through the Ezy Peazy payment portal.

The payment process is straightforward. Once a tasker is hired, the payment is received from the poster and held securely by Ezy Peazy. When the tasker has completed the job and sent the payment request, the funds will be released by the poster.

These funds will then be deposited into the taskers nominated bank account, less the tier service fee charged by Ezy Peazy.

Funds should appear in the taskers bank account the next working day, depending on the bank.

You decide! As a tasker for Ezy Peazy, you get to decide who you work with.

Take a look at poster profiles, ratings and reviews and use that information to decide which tasks to make offers on.

The task will be assigned to you when the poster selects your offer over all other submitted offers.

There are a few things you can do to boost the likelihood of your offer being accepted:

• Complete your profile with a picture, bio and details of your skills and experience
• Complete tasks to a high standard to ensure you receive good reviews and ratings

By doing this, you present yourself as a dependable tasker and add weight to your credentials.

When making offers on tasks, write a note to the poster letting them know why you are the best fit for the task and justify your offer price. The more information you provide the poster the more likely they are to choose you!
