We’ve given much thought to how to empower our Taskers to work more and be rewarded by earning greater benefits. Our Tier System is the result.
The Tier System is divided into 3 tiers, or steps: Gold, Silver, and Bronze. Each tier offers its own benefits to Taskers. As the name suggests, Gold tier offers the maximum benefits – see the comparison chart below for details of each tier’s benefits.
Each Tasker is automatically placed in a tier according to the tasks they’ve completed over the past 30 days. We will consider any factors out of Taskers’ control over the 30-day period, such as COVID-19 lockdowns.

* Taskers need to maintain 80% completion rate for assigned tasks to remain in qualifying tier.
The job completion rate is calculated according to the number of jobs you’ve completed versus the number of jobs you were assigned.
If a job is cancelled, your completion rate may be affected, depending on the circumstances.
Tips to improve your conversion rate:
1. Offer on tasks only within your capability, capacity, and availability.
2. Do not overcommit or exaggerate when making an offer on a job.
3. Once you’re assigned a job, maintain regular contact with the Poster until the job is completed.
Taskers will enjoy a sliding scale of lower service fees, depending on whether they’re in the Gold, Silver, or Bronze tier.
Taskers will receive a number of callouts based on their tier. As long as you are closing jobs, you will be rewarded by receiving more callouts. Make sure to check your dashboard regularly to keep up to date with your available callouts.
We understand the need to conduct site visits with bigger jobs, as it’s sometimes difficult to provide an accurate estimate without first viewing the job personally. With this in mind, Taskers in the Tier System can make a callout for as low as $0, which will give the opportunity to visit the site, meet the Poster, and discuss the job requirements. You can then quote by making an offer on the task.
It is possible to move into the Gold tier with as little as just one job completed.
Its easy and the same way you make an offer. When making an offer, you will be presented with an option to make a call-out offer instead.
Depending on the strength of your profile, a job Poster may or may not contact you and assign you the job. Ezy Peazy doesn’t control Posters’ decisions; they choose based on your quote and job suitability, as viewed in your profile.
While we can’t prevent this kind of unethical behaviour, it is a breach of our terms and conditions. When we find Taskers behaving unethically, we will suspend their user profiles.
When you’ve used all your callouts you won’t be able to make any callout offers until you accumulate enough points again. You get these by simply completing tasks on Ezy Peazy. Make sure to check your dashboard regularly to keep up to date with your available callouts.
