Move Clock from Avonhead, Christchurch to Bryndwr, Christchurch

I have 2 areas in the house that requires floating shelves to be installed. Details are given below. Living Room : - Bar cabinet (L Shaped) - 2 levels need to be installed as shown in the figure - Pictures attached for reference - The maker has given instructions on how to get this done - The corner where this needs to go has a pipe behind the wall ( As instructed by the builder) so would need to make sure that we don’t drill into it Kitchen -2 floating shelves need to be installed Would be ideal to get this done over a weekend
