Service fees: Providing transparency

We currently charge a service fee based on tasker's tier on the total offer for all tasks. This is deducted from the amount paid to the Tasker.

Ezy Peazy strives to be fully transparent to all of our members. We'd like to provide more information about how we use these fees and what we reinvest back into the ezy peazy community.

Development:

Ezy Peazy is spending a lion's share of service fees on website and mobile app development. New features are being deployed weekly to provide our users with a better platform to use.

Every week we sit with our development team and work on new features which we come up with via experience on the ground and through our online feedback forms. We encourage all users to let us know if there's anything they feel is missing or they would like added to our platform.

Marketing:

Every week we continue to promote the ezy peazy platform to both Posters and Taskers. Re-investing in this area provides our Taskers with more work and more well-equipped Taskers for our Posters.

We also invest in the best possible website hosting & 3^rd party services for us to be able to stay "online" for our users.
