We had a similar water leakage issue in early January 2026 where the black plastic pipe near the water meter was found cracked. Currently, we cannot visibly detect any leakage, however the water meter area is flooded and the meter continues to run even when no water is being used in the house. We need someone to urgently inspect and fix the leak, and also replace the pipe. The pipe has likely reached the end of its lifespan, as it has cracked three times in the past year. We would prefer to have the pipe replaced properly through the house to prevent further issues. I am after two separate quotes: One quote to locate and fix the current leakage. A second quote to replace the entire plastic pipe through the house. There is access available under the house, and it is already fitted with a tarp and lighting system for easier inspection.
