Hi, we have a shed 5m x 5m x 2.2m tall (windows and door does not need to be painting) and a deck 4m x 1.5m that needs prepping and painting with two coats of paint. I will supply the paint.

Looking for someone to please wash and stain our deck including: 1) Wash the deck and remove dirt, stains, moss, mould etc. (see photos). It may need a chem wash but not too sure - if you think this is required please specify. 2) Two x coats of a quality wood oil stain (e.g. Resene Woodsman Wood Oil Stain) the same colour as it is currently or close enough. The deck is ~22sqm (4m by 5.5m) - see photos. Looking for someone reliable who can do the whole job end-to-end to a decent standard. Please provide your own equipment for washing/staining etc. Please only provide cost estimates which are all inclusive (ie including the wash, stain, labour and any additional costs). I have specified a date for the job but can be flexible either side - let me know. Not fully sure how long the job will take but I'd expect over 6 hours. If the job needs to be done over multiple days to leave time to dry that's fine. Photos attached - not a lot of stuff on the deck but we will remove BBQ etc. Feel free to ask any questions. I need a person to stain my deck. I have cleared and waterblasted the deck and itâs ready to be taped (sides to be taped) and stained. So need to paint stain onto the deck. I have the stain and paint brush all ready.
