Amar and his crew did an incredible job of moving our awkward, heavy piano upstairs. They were cheerful, strong, helpful and got the job done quickly. Lovely, friendly guys and would 100% recommend. Thank you Amar.

Spa & Hot Tub Removal Services We Can Help With in Christchurch

An old spa sitting unused in the backyard can take up more room than you'd think. And getting it out isn't always straightforward. Older Christchurch homes often have narrow side access, established gardens and fences that make moving a bulky spa difficult.
Whether you're replacing an old hot tub, moving house or clearing space for a new outdoor area, post a job on Ezy Peazy and compare offers from local Christchurch spa removalists at a price that works for you.

Spa Removal & Disposal
That broken spa behind your Papanui home or taking up half the deck in Fendalton isn't going anywhere on its own. Older spa pools can be particularly awkward to remove, especially when there's a long walk from the backyard to the driveway. Post your spa pool removal job on Ezy Peazy with photos, dimensions and access details. Compare offers from local removalists and check whether lifting, transport and disposal fees are included.
Spa Moving & Relocation
Bought a second-hand spa on Trade Me? Or moving one from Hornby to a new home in Rolleston? Getting it safely from one property to another means checking access at both ends. A wide driveway in Halswell may make loading easier, while a narrow gate or raised deck in St Albans could call for extra equipment. Find local spa pool movers on Ezy Peazy who can help with lifting, transport and placement. Share both addresses and access photos to get more accurate quotes.
Dismantling & Tricky Access
Not every spa can be wheeled straight out through the gate. In established Christchurch suburbs like Bishopdale and Burnside, fences, sheds and narrow side passages can leave little room to manoeuvre. If the spa won't fit through in one piece, dismantling or specialist lifting may be needed. Upload photos of the access route and mention any obstacles when posting on Ezy Peazy. Local providers can assess what's involved and offer a suitable removal option. Electrical, plumbing or gas disconnections should be handled by qualified tradespeople where required.
Built-In Spas & Deck Repairs
A spa built into the deck might look great until it's time to remove it. Around Cashmere and Sumner, raised decks, sloping sections and outdoor entertaining areas can make removal more involved. Taking out the spa may leave damaged boards, exposed framing or paving that needs fixing before the space can be used again. On Ezy Peazy, you can find local help for spa removal, decking repairs and outdoor tidy-ups. Mention any repairs in your job description so providers know exactly what needs doing.
Spa Recycling & Cleanup
Removing the spa is one thing. Getting rid of the leftover shell, pipes, pumps and insulation is another. Some components may be suitable for recycling, while others need proper disposal. Whether you're clearing an old spa in New Brighton or making room for a garden makeover in Northwood, it's worth including the cleanup in the job. Post your task for free on Ezy Peazy, include spa waste disposal, rubbish removal and site tidy-up, and compare offers from Christchurch providers who can help leave the area ready for its next use.
