What happens if the Poster does not confirm job completion?

We all want the Poster to confirm the job has been done as soon as possible. However, sometimes people get delayed!

Once you have confirmed the job has been completed, the Poster will receive an email, an SMS and a notification on the mobile app notifying them. They will then have 48 hours from the time to confirm the job has been completed as well. If the Poster has not confirmed within 48 hours, we will automatically release the funds to you.

If they report an issue, we will let you know and encourage you guys to be groovy and to sort things out in a friendly fashion.
