What happens if the Tasker doesn’t turn up for a genuine reason?

Unexpected things happen! Whether it is an illness or an accident, there are a number of reasons why the Tasker may not be able to show up.

If the Tasker lets you know they are under the weather or can’t make it for some other reason, try to arrange a new time for when they are back in action.

Alternatively, you may have to unassign the Tasker. This will put the job back on the marketplace and will allow others to apply for the job.

To reassign the task simply tap "More Options" in your task, "Unassign" and then the "Confirm" button.

Once unassigned you’ll be 100% fully refunded automatically and you can then accept another Taskers offer.

Refunds can take anywhere between a couple of hours to 7 business days to reach your account depending on your bank.
