What should I do if my Tasker cancels?

Unfortunately, sometimes these things happen! However, we’re always happy to help.

If your Tasker doesn’t show up or they’re not responding to your messages, we recommend that you give them at least 24-48 hours to get back to you.

If they’re still unresponsive, let them know via the ezy peazy private messaging system that you’re going to cancel their offer on your task.

To unassign the task simply tap ‘More Options’ in your task, "Unassign" and then the "Confirm" button.

Once cancelled, you’ll be 100% fully refunded automatically and you can then accept another Taskers offer.

Refunds can take anywhere between a couple of hours to 7 business days to reach your account depending on your bank.
