How do I know how much to pay for a Task?

When you post a Task, set a budget to indicate how much you would like to spend.

This amount is simply a starting point. Taskers will offer you a price that they believe reflects the time, skill and work required to get your task done.

When coming up with your budget, consider how much time will it take to complete the task and a fair hourly rate. We recommend $25 p/h as a good starting hourly rate. Multiply the hourly rate by how long you expect the task to take. Take into account travel time and whether the Tasker requires specialised skills, equipment, raw materials, a vehicle and petrol to complete the task.
