How can I trust a tasker is capable and reliable?

Ezy Peazy has implemented various features, which when combined, give you piece of mind when hiring a Tasker

1. Biometric Identity Verification: We use a third-party service that captures and bio-metrically matches images of our Tasker’s ID documents to their face. This gives us assurance over their identity. Our biometric identity verification includes biometric checks, MRZ (machine-readable zone) checks as well as Australian and New Zealand government data sources and global watchlists to ensure the identity of a tasker.

2. Star rating and reviews: Our star rating system gives a score out of 5 and is calculated as an average of all of the star ratings that a member has received from previous tasks. All written reviews for each Tasker will be displayed on their profile. The higher the star rating, the better.

3. Job Completion Rate: The job completion rate shows the percentage of tasks that a member has completed compared to the number of tasks they have been assigned. This is an indicator of reliability and again, the higher the rate, the better.
