General terms

• The promoter of the competition is Yuvaan Limited (“Ezy Peazy” NZBN 9429046657305)
• Our decisions on all matters are final and no communication will be entered into
• We may decide on the validity of an entry or a winner's right to redeem the prize
• We may change the prize(s) and these terms and conditions without notice
• We may cancel the competition at any time and without prior notice
• Where the law allows, we are not liable to you in connection with this competition

Who can enter and when

1. Unless otherwise stated in the Promotion, a Promotion is open to any New Zealand resident over 18 years of age and has followed entry instructions for the applicable Promotion ("Participant").
2. Each Participant can only enter each Promotion once unless otherwise stated. 
3. The Participant is deemed to be the owner of the email or the Facebook/Instagram account through which the entry was made.  Ezy Peazy takes no responsibility for any dispute arising between the deemed Participant and any other party who may have submitted the entry.
4. Ezy Peazy reserves the right to request proof of a winner's eligibility in the event there is doubt over their eligibility for the entry into the promotion, and to disqualify any Participant who tampers with, or otherwise benefits from, the tampering of the entry process or the operation of the Promotion.

This competition is not open to:

1. Employees of Ezy Peazy (and subsidiaries), participating sponsors, promoters and/or associated advertising agencies (and their family members).
2. Anyone under 18 years old, unless otherwise stated.

Entry specifications

1. Entry consists of a Participant ‘liking’ the Ezy Peazy Facebook page via Facebook, ‘following’ Ezy Peazy on Instagram, or both.
2. Participants can enter a total of twice. Once via each platform (Facebook/Instagram).
3. The Promotion commences at 1400h on 1^st June 2021 and closes at 2359h on 21^st June 2021.
4. Entry into a Promotion Offer implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions.  If a winner does not accept these terms and conditions, the Prize will be forfeited.

Judging and announcing of winners

1. The prize is $1,000 delivered to the winner via Prezzy Card or such substitute as the Promoter may see fit at its complete discretion.
2. The Prize winner(s) will be drawn randomly on 22^nd June 2021, and notified via Facebook or Instagram private message.
3. If a Prize winner cannot be contacted within 5 days or are not eligible to win the Prize, that Prize will be redrawn until a winner for that Prize is drawn and notified.  The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
4. The Promoter reserves the right to extend, cancel or amend this promotion at anytime.
5. In the event of a dispute, the Promoter’s decision is final.

Prizes

1. The prize is not transferable, refundable nor redeemable for cash and must be couriered to a New Zealand address. The winner must take the prize as offered. It cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
2. The prize, and use of the prize, is governed by the terms and conditions of the Prezzy Card available at www.prezzycard.co.nz/terms-conditions.
3. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ezy Peazy shall not be responsible for any loss, damage or injury whatsoever suffered by any Prize winner resulting from their use of the Prize (including but not limited to any direct, indirect, consequential, special, punitive or incidental loss or damages). Ezy Peazy’s liability to any Participant or Prize winner will be limited in any circumstances to a maximum for all claims up to the value of the Prize.

Privacy

Each winner's name and details may be used by Ezy Peazy for promotional purposes and each winner agrees to participate in any publicity arrangements that Ezy Peazy may reasonably require. Winners may be announced on Ezy Peazy's Facebook page and may also be included on Ezy Peazy's website. Each winner provides Ezy Peazy with a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty free and transferable license to use and reproduce any photographs, media coverage or other promotional material relating to their win.

Participants acknowledge that the Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook and that Facebook has no liability to Participants in relation to the Promotion.  Participants and winners agree to fully release Facebook from any and all liability in relation to your participation in this promotion. All information Participants provide in connection with this promotion is to Ezy Peazy and not to Facebook.
