Summary
The customer in Manurewa, Auckland needed a kitchen sink that had slipped loose and was being held up temporarily by a wooden block. Important requirements were clear: new sink mounting clips supplied and fitted, re-secure the sink, supply and fit a new S-trap, test for leaks and do any silicone work required. The misalignment and the temporary wooden support made stabilisation a priority. Two offers were received, and the selected offer of $200 was accepted. The job progressed with a short run to Bunnings for the necessary part at no extra cost, new mounting clips fitted, a new S-trap installed and timber support added at the back for extra sturdiness. All connections were tested for leaks and silicone finishing was completed. The sink was properly re-installed and stabilised to the agreed outcome. The poster left a 5-star review and commented, "Highly recommended."

Harley and Sarina did an incredible job fixing my loose sink and replacing the S-trap. They even added a timber support at the back to make sure it's extra sturdy and had to do a run to Bunnings for a part at no extra cost. Super professional, friendly, and went above and beyond. Highly recommended!
