Hinges Repaired and Bathroom Sink Leak Fixed in Sunnyvale

Summary

The customer needed several small but important repairs at a Sunnyvale, Auckland property: a cupboard hinge beneath the kitchen sink to be re-secured, a minor water leak under the bathroom sink (likely needing a seal rubber), a garage window handle that had come off, and a garage door lock that wasn’t working. Sourcing the correct hinges and sealant rubber and ensuring no follow-up issues were flagged as key concerns. The job attracted two offers. After clarifying parts and scope, the customer accepted an updated offer of $160 from a 5‑star rated provider. The work progressed through on-site checks, parts fitting and resecuring hardware; the cupboard hinge and window handle were refitted, the bathroom leak was addressed, and attention was given to the door lock. The customer mentioned owning three other properties and hopes to arrange further handyman work in future.
