Office skirting painting

We need some painting work completed at our office. The previous painter left the skirting boards unpainted as we were waiting for carpet installation. There’s now a section of the reception wall where the skirting board needs painting (see attached photo). We will provide the paint and are keen to have this job done as soon as possible.
