Painted And Resealed Area Behind Kitchen Tap in Auckland

Summary

The customer needed a tidy touch-up and waterproofing behind their kitchen tap in Auckland, New Zealand, where the sink recess showed signs of wear and minor water damage. They preferred a professional finish rather than a DIY job and noted the work could be combined with a roller door replacement. The completed task met the agreed outcome of a properly painted and resealed area and was finished on 11 September 2026. Two offers were received, and the selected offer was $180. The handyman cleaned back to sound substrate, resealed the affected area with a suitable waterproofing sealant and matched the paint to the surrounding finish. The customer left a positive 5‑star review: “Absolutely fantastic. Such a lovely man. Will definitely use again. Thank you.”
