I am a 54 year old European born and breed in New Zealand. Have 2 older daughters ,1 with 2 girls 9 & 6 and the other with a new born boy . Some Interests are camping, fishing , sport , horse racing and being creative with original work . I am a fully qualified builder having passed trade certificate after doing g my 8000hr apprenticeship after leaving college at 17yrs old . I'm a licensed building practioner (LBP) and have been building for 37 years having been self employed and having my own business for nearly 30 years. Was a maintenance builder at Wellingtons Victoria University and then did all maintenance work for Housing New Zealand covering from Paekakariki to Wanganui working for Serco . Have extensive experience and knowledge in all aspects of building maintenance and associated trades . Have built multiple architectural houses and done many large and expensive renovations around the country . Trained apprentices and had staff . Project management etc .
