In the end the couch was safely picked up and delivered but along the way there were multiple delays and miscommunications.

sincere apologies for unforseeable events that resulted in delays, ultimately I believe communications were effective bar with the exception of the overnight stop-over. we took care to ensure the requested task was completed as required and appreciate you giving us the opportunity to do so.
