As someone who has been heavily involved in business excellence in NZ for nearly two decades, it's my view that this team has customer service absolutely nailed. The job was to erect a flat-pack garden shed. One of the boxes had crushed parts and the instruction manual was substandard in its instructions. Despite the headwinds, this team stuck with it, problem-solved everything, kept me aware of what was going on, but their commitment to getting the job done to a high quality was more than commendable. I can't rate them high enough. They probably made a $ loss on this job, ( I topped them up a bit from their quote in cash) but I recognize their commitment to customer service and I totally applaud their ethical approach. Would use them again without hesitation, and already have other jobs lined up for them. Totally recommend them. Reliable, honest, tenacious and quality driven - what more can you ask for? I'm recommending them to my contacts.
