I have some rot on the bottom left hand side of sash window and the sill hoping to repair rather than replace. The rest of window is good its just this one area window need new sash cord too. The actual window may need new timber but frame seems not to shabby i am currently stripping but came accross the rotten wood which is beyond my skill.

Hi have treated this problem several times before with great success i will kill the virus in the wood so rot stops permanently i will then fill
and sand holes and apply primer undercoat the process requires 2 visits least 24hrs apart thanks mark... Show more
