Repair/replacement of window seals/handles

I have several house windows that have seals that have hardened and separated from the window from the corners, which I think could do with being replaced or repaired as necessary. Some of the window handles have also become very stiff and/or are missing the rubber part to seal them correctly, replacement/repair of these would be great too. Cheers
