Hi Mark, good questions. There are 4 walls, all around 1m x 2.5m. Not the stairs. Skirting is off as I need to get the
flooring installed. Can I please pre paint and install he skirting after the wall paper?

Thanks for clarifying that David. Skirtings on after for a more professional looking finish and can fill any gaps with a
filler ( no more gaps ). Can also save skirtings getting marked. I will submit an offer. Cheers
