He didn't keep the agreed time - he was over an hour late which meant it was evening / dark by the time he showed up, and I had to text him to find out when he was going to arrive He said he was experienced in TV installations however he isn't - he tried to tell me my cable plug was not fitting a standard chord, but I had someone else come in and they showed me it was standard (so that cost me money again) He didn't return my text messages when trying to find out when he was going to return - I had to call several times. I don't think he is qualified to set up TVs - he's just a builder and works a full time job - so these jobs have to fit around that. So I'd give him a 2 out of 5, definately wouldn't use him again.
