Mounted 55-Inch and 65-Inch TVs With Cable Concealment

Summary

The customer needed two wall mounts — one for a 55‑inch TV and one for a 65‑inch TV — with cable concealment and removal of TV boxes at a home in Mairangi Bay, Auckland. One screen was brand new, so the poster asked for the brackets, concealment and a tidy install. The job attracted three offers and the poster accepted a selected offer of $350. Before starting, the installer confirmed the fitting type and concealment method. The agreed scope covered supply of fixed brackets, all necessary screws, materials and labour. Cable concealment was achieved using capping or brush plates depending on the presence of nogs, and the new TV was installed to spec. Rubbish and TV boxes were taken away as requested, leaving both screens securely mounted with cables hidden. The poster rated the job 5 stars and commented: "Great service and very helpful".
