Install netball hoop onto wooden wall

I am looking for a handy person to install a netball hoop onto a carpark wall. I have the hoop and a timber backboard, ready to go, but I need someone with the right tools and expertise to ensure it is mounted securely and at the official height. Tasks include: • Measuring & Leveling: Marking the wall to ensure the ring sits at exactly 3.05 meters (10 feet) from the ground. • Mounting: Bolting the timber planche to the wall and then attaching the hoop to the timber. • Fixings: You will need to provide the appropriate heavy-duty masonry anchors/screws/bolts (e.g., Dynabolts) to ensure it stays secure during play. Requirements: • Must bring a tall ladder (reaching 3m+ height). • Must have a hammer drill and masonry bits for the carpark wall. • Experience with basic landscaping or exterior mounting is a plus.
