Moved 85-inch TV Up and Mounted an Electric Fireplace

Summary

The customer in Ranui, Auckland needed an 85-inch TV moved higher on the wall and an electric fireplace mounted directly underneath, with the finished set-up properly centred. The poster explained the fireplace couldn’t be lowered because of a power point and that the original TV mount from Harvey Norman made perfect centring important. Three offers were received and a selected offer of $200 was accepted. The task progressed with a quick exchange about timing and tools — the installer confirmed use of measuring tape and spirit levels and planned to have extra hands to remove the heavy TV. Despite the cramped gap between TV and fireplace, the team relocated the TV higher, installed the fireplace beneath it and ensured everything was neatly centred. The customer left a 5-star review, stating the work “did exactly what I was after.”
