Patch and paint: hairline crack, bathroom skirting and gib wall

Summary

The customer needed three small but precise repairs in their Flat Bush, Auckland home: patch and paint a hairline corner crack, polish and paint the bathroom skirting, and touch up a patched gib wall. Colour matching was an important requirement and came up in the initial messages. Three offers were received and the chosen offer of $480 included labour and materials and confirmed colour matching. Start time was agreed for next Tuesday and the job progressed as planned: the crack was repaired, skirting sanded and polished, and the patched gib was tidied and painted to blend in. The tasker also volunteered to fix a few additional small wall cracks that weren’t part of the original brief. The customer left a 5‑star rating and said they were really happy with the work.
