Painting and plastering small holes

Touching up the paint and plastering small holes from hanging things on walls around our house. Paint is currently white and was only painted 18 months ago so just wanting someone to freshen up the odd areas on walls that are scuffed and to make it look like there's no marks from where we've previously hung things...
