Removed 4mx3m Heavy Rug in Te Atatū South

Summary

A heavy patterned rug (approximately 4mx3m) was removed as part of a carpet removal job in Te Atatū South, Auckland. The customer needed the rug taken from a second-floor room; it was folded against a wall and too heavy for them to manoeuvre, and disposal costs had to be included in the price. The job received 4 offers and the selected offer of $100 was accepted. The mover completed the task within 2 hours of being assigned, handling the logistics of carrying the heavy rug down the stairs and loading it for disposal as agreed. The mover took care with manual handling given the weight and stair access, then disposed of the rug under the included price. The customer gave a 5-star rating and wrote: "Great communication and came in quickly and completed the job :)"
