Fridge removal and disposal from a lower-level unit

Summary

The customer needed a single fridge removed from a lower-level unit in Southgate, Wellington. They explained the unit had a gas leak and wanted it taken away rather than repaired. A key constraint was access: the fridge had to be moved from the bottom story outside, up external stairs to the driveway, and would require at least two people to lift. The poster asked to agree the price before arrival and arranged for a tenant to be home to let the crew in. Three offers were received and the chosen offer was $70. The team confirmed a flexible removal date (Friday 17 July) and agreed a window between 12pm and 2pm. No written customer review was provided after completion.
