Household Items Removal — Newtown

Summary

The customer needed two queen beds (base + mattress) and a three-seater couch removed from a driveway in Newtown, Wellington. The original listing was flexible around Saturday 20 June, and the location and bulky items were highlighted up front so we could plan for removal and disposal. Two offers were received and the homeowner accepted the $120 offer. The chosen offer explicitly included disposal fees, and there was a short discussion about payment through the app versus cash; the app was used to secure funds and the payment process noted a transfer 3–5 days after completion. A date of the 13th was agreed before the job, and the work proceeded as planned, resulting in the household items being removed. The task was completed to a 5-star rating.
