Waterblasting/scrubbing concrete patio and steps

The front and possibly the back concrete of our house needs cleaning. Happy to accept waterblasting but could need scrubbing. We don't have a waterblaster so worker would need to use their own. We do mean $25 Per Hour and we are flexible on date.
