Soft‑close Huida toilet seat fitted in Botany Downs

Summary

The customer needed a cracked toilet seat replaced and wanted a soft‑close option that would fit their Huida system. Finding a compatible replacement was the main challenge, so the tasker researched suitable seats and confirmed universal brackets and measurements before proceeding. The job attracted five offers and the customer accepted an offer of $160. The agreed scope was to supply and install a new seat and dispose of the old one; the recommended replacement was a Vogue D‑shape soft‑close seat (W360mm x D451mm; H21mm front, 40.5mm back) with adjustable fixing holes 75–175mm and high‑grade antimicrobial resin. After fitting the confirmed part that matched the Huida system, the customer approved the work and left a five‑star review: "An excellent job completed, very helpful, work extremely well done and very good project. Will definitely recommend."
