Summary

Painting a 70m fence on three sides of a Mellons Bay property required two coats and customer-supplied paint. The fence had already been washed before the job started, which allowed work to proceed without preparatory cleaning. The job received 5 offers and the selected offer of $900 was accepted. Several painters confirmed weekend availability, and the painter completed the agreed painting of the fence to the customer's specification. The painter applied two coats along the full 70m length, covering all three sides. The customer left a 5/5 rating and commented: "Got the job done quickly and great quality of work!" This provides a clear example of arranging to paint a 70m fence with 2 coats in Mellons Bay, Auckland, with the customer supplying paint and weekend scheduling taken into account.
