Summary

Moving a single bed base from Rongotai to Newtown required careful handling because both the pickup and drop-off had stairs. The customer specified one bed base, no on-site help for loading or unloading, and two floors of stairs at each address, so the mover arrived prepared for stair carries and a tight handling space. The job received 2 offers and the selected offer was for $50. The job was completed within 17 hours of being assigned, with transport arranged to cover the Rongotai to Newtown route and the required stair handling included in the agreed outcome. The mover transported the bed base intact, carried it up and down the two flights at each property, and left it in the designated room at the Newtown address. The customer rated the job 5/5 and wrote, "Nice and helpful couple☺️". A straightforward local move that handled stairs and no-loading constraints between Rongotai and Newtown.
