Delivery of two drawers from Bayview to Kelvin Grove

Summary

The customer needed two drawers moved from Bayview, Auckland to Kelvin Grove in Palmerston North, with pickup before Wednesday 15 July and a flexible drop-off around Saturday 18 July. There was no help available for loading at pickup, but unloading assistance was arranged at the drop-off; both locations had no stairs. Timing was the main constraint, and the mover and customer discussed a Wednesday evening pickup (around 6pm) plus using a tarp and plastic wrap to protect the items in case of poor weather. Three offers were received and the chosen offer was $250. The agreed plan was to pick up, hold the drawers until the scheduled drop-off and complete delivery on the arranged dates. The customer left a 5-star rating and wrote, “Easy to communicate with and good timing”.}
