Small dining suite and paperwork picked up from East Tāmaki and Auckland CBD

Summary

The job began with a clear brief: collect an envelope of paperwork in East Tāmaki then head into the Auckland CBD to pick up a small dining suite from Fanshawe Street apartments. The suite was on the 2nd floor and required negotiating a set of steps, while the van could be driven into the building garage for easier loading. Timing was important—the customer needed everything completed by 10am on Sunday—so communication about the pickup sequence and arrival window was confirmed before work began. Four offers came in and the selected offer was $135. After confirming the route and that the envelope would be picked up first, the team collected both items and completed the job within the requested timeframe. The customer left a 5-star rating with the comment: "Always a pleasure with these guys - super quick comms and delivery. I use them all the time! You won’t be disappointed! AAA++."
