Moving two heavy boxes upstairs in Onehunga

Summary

The customer needed two people to lift a heavy 50kg box and a 100kg box from downstairs to upstairs over 12 straight steps in Onehunga, Auckland. The delivery was scheduled for 11:45am on 06/07/2026 and helpers were asked to be present at that time; the main concerns were the weight and navigating the straight stair run. Two offers were received and an offer of $225 was accepted. During initial messages a responder asked for photos and weight details and confirmed there were no turns on the stairs, then advised they could arrive slightly before delivery to assist. On the day both boxes were carried safely up the stairs and the task was completed as requested. The job earned a 5-star review: "Very good service highly recommend".
