Summary
The customer needed a 55W x 160H fridge freezer moved a short distance within Karori, Wellington. Pick-up was straightforward on flat ground while the drop-off required navigating a semi-steep short drive and one step onto a deck. The owner preferred the fridge to be moved upright but said lying down would be considered with the understanding it should sit for a few hours before being turned on. Two offers were received and a $80 offer was selected. The move was scheduled for Saturday morning after a quick agreement on timing. The job progressed smoothly: the fridge was secured on a dolly for the short transfer, handled carefully over the steeper driveway and lifted onto the deck step. The customer left a five-star rating and noted the mover was polite, professional, careful with the fridge and knowledgeable about waiting before switching it on.

Darry was very polite, friendly and professional and showed great care with my fridge, even securing it on the dollly before the short distance from the car to house. Was knowledgable about the fridge and letting it stand for a few hours before turning it on as used to work for Fisher and Paykel. Thanks Darry!
