I need someone to relocate a double bed from my house into my sleepout, and then relocate a double bed from another room in my house to the room that has been emptied. There may be a little bit of shuffling to do in the sleepout, but as I am a pensioner with a minor disability I cant do it on my own. Will need two people to lift the beds I think.

They are both just mattress and base. They are both long doubles so quite heavy with modern materials.
