Couch and desk furniture relocation (in home)

Need to relocate a sofa bed (Ecosa Rio 3 seater / Queen) from the spare bedroom upstairs to the lounge downstairs, and also relocate a standing desk (still in boxes) from the lounge to the spare bedroom upstairs. The biggest box is 1572mm x 764mm x 176mm. The sides of the couch can come off to make it a little easier to move as well. There are 15 stairs between the two floors. I have a little bit of flexibility around timing but would prefer it’s done no later than Friday 17 April.
