Moving furniture around in house

I don’t need to move furniture to another house I just need help moving furniture around in an existing home. I have furniture that is currently in my garage (due to renos/painting occurring in main house) that I need to move back into a second-floor bedroom. And also 2 pieces of furniture on second floor landing that need to be moved to garage. To be moved to second-floor bedroom: • Sewing desk • Office chair • Large (but very light) open shelving unit • 30 ish boxes of sewing materials (they are of different sizes from very small up to a few large boxes, but only some are heavy, maybe 1/3) Move to garage (from second floor landing): • Shelving and draw unit. • Chest of drawers I think the work could be completed in an hour, but would need two people to move the furniture.
