Moving furniture upstairs and downstairs

3 pieces of furniture to be moved within the same house. The are: -one Queen bed base (Lifestyle Adjustable Base by Tempur) to be moved upstairs to 2nd floor from ground floor of the townhoue. One normal double bed base to be moved to the 2nd floor from ground floor of the same house. One wooden book shelve frame only ( not the removable shelves) to be taken from the 1st floor to the ground floor of the same mentioned above.
