Summary

Mounting a 180cm x 40cm oval mirror in Highland Park required careful planning due to its size and 12kg weight. The customer asked for the mirror to be securely mounted, level, and fitted with appropriate fixings for the wall structure, with labour and standard materials included in the quote. The job attracted six offers and was assigned for $150. The handyman confirmed he would assess the wall structure, supply suitable heavy-duty fixings, and position the mirror so it was level and supported for long-term stability. On completion the mirror was securely mounted to the wall with correct fixings and checked for level. The customer rated the work 5/5 and commented that the handyman was soft-spoken, well mannered and skilled, and that the job was done well. The mirror now sits level and secure, meeting the customer’s requirements for a stable, long-term installation.
