Hanging heavy mirrors on plaster walls

Summary

The customer needed two heavy mirrors hung on plaster walls — one in the hallway and one in the bedroom — but decided to have just the first mirror fitted initially. The mirror in question was a 90cm metal‑framed piece, so weight and secure fixing on plasterboard were the main concerns. The job listing attracted four offers, and the chosen offer of $102 included hooks and accessories. We agreed a morning appointment at 10am and the installer supplied the necessary hanging accessories. Backing timber and secure fixings were discussed to ensure the heavy mirror was safely mounted. The single mirror was successfully hung as requested in Spreydon, Christchurch, and the customer left a positive review: "So patient.... great work ....happy to have again....😊"
