Summary
The customer needed five timber slat acoustic panels installed on a single garage wall in Alicetown, Lower Hutt. The panels were already purchased from Bunnings and measured 2400mm in height, but needed trimming to 230 or 231 mm and fastening along a 300mm section of wall using screws only—no adhesive. Cutting the panels to the exact height was the main technical challenge. The listing attracted one offer and the job was agreed for $150. After accepting the offer, the installer trimmed the panels to the specified height and fixed them securely to the garage wall with screws. Work was completed neatly and efficiently, meeting the original requirements. The customer left a five‑star review, praising the technician as professional, punctual and attentive to detail, and noted a noticeable improvement in the space’s acoustics.
