Cut and drill holes into plywood

I have bought a 1.2m x 1.2m piece of plywood which needs to be cut and holes drilled into it to cover the side of my stairs for an art project. Please provide your own tools. I have backyard space but you are more than welcome to do measurements and then take the plywood to your own property and bring back the finished result.
