Toilet Leak

The toilet is quite old, and currently has a small leak, likely to be the rubber on the bottom of the flush system being worn out, probably need to have it replaced to stop the leaking, the flush system is also semi loose, which may be another cause for the leak. We are looking to have this fixed can be a temporary solution, given the toilet will be replaced in 2 to 3 months time.
